Apple cider vinegar recipe for detox

Ingredients –

  • 2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • Half lemon
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (I use manuka honey from New Zealand for its immune enhancing effects)
  • Pinch ground cinnamon (or more if you enjoy the aromatic flavor)
  • The glass of water (can be hot or cool depending on taste preference)

Method –

Mix together the vinegar, a good squeeze of lemon, the honey and a shake of cinnamon. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

This drink can be enjoyed hot or cold and is a great way to start your day with a kick. For a healthy, balanced pH, raw apple cider vinegar is one of the best things to add to your diet.
